Work Schedule: Evening/Night Shifts Required

Responsibilities

As a Senior Operations Specialist you play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution and settlement of payments, trade confirmations and the investigation of operational queries. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial flows within a trading firm and a keen eye for accuracy and compliance.

• Oversee daily back‑office operations across multiple systems including MT4
• Manage trade confirmations, payment settlements and reconciliations
• Enforce operational controls and compliance standards throughout the workflow
• Perform critical daily checks to ensure data accuracy and process integrity
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal departments to support business objectives
• Escalate and resolve operational issues in coordination with the Operations Manager

Requirements

• Three years in a similar payment operation or middle‑office department of a financial (TradFi or DeFi) firm.
• Strong analytical and numerical mindset. Detail‑oriented, accountable and highly organized.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel (formulas, pivots, etc.).
• Clear communicator with a proactive problem‑solving approach.
• Able to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
• Team player who can also work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
• Able to work with shift schedule including evening/night slots.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with MetaTrader (MT4/MT5) platforms
• Prior experience in a trading or financial operations role
