Job summary

Tickmill is seeking an experienced Operational Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations within the UAE regulatory environment. You will ensure efficient processes, maintain regulatory compliance and drive operational excellence across departments including Compliance, Risk, Finance and IT.

In this role you will manage client onboarding, trade processing, settlements, and incident resolution while coordinating with third‑party providers to uphold regulatory standards and robust controls.

Qualifications

• Experience in a UAE-regulated brokerage or financial institution.
• Knowledge of MT4/MT5, PrimeXM, oneZero, or other brokerage infrastructure.
• Understanding of payment operations, treasury processes, and client money handling.
• Certifications in operations, project management, risk, or process improvement (Lean Six Sigma, PMP) are an advantage.
• Experience participating in regulatory audits and external inspections.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational activities of the brokerage.
• Manage client onboarding and account opening processes.
• Handle trade processing, settlements, and operational workflows.
• Coordinate between Operations, Compliance, Risk, Finance and IT.
• Ensure procedures comply with SCA regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Monitor operational risks and implement process improvements.
• Oversee third‑party service providers and outsourced functions.
• Plan business continuity and operational resilience.
• Handle incidents, reconciliations, and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for management and regulators when required.
