Job summary

Octalas BasS is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily operations across all business lines, oversee risk and compliance, and ensure service-level excellence. You will coordinate with banks, issuers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues and drive process improvements in a fast-scaling global environment.

The role requires 3-7 years in financial services or FinTech operations, with a focus on payment systems, KYC/KYB, AML, and settlement workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field.
• 3-7 years in Financial Services, Payments, Banking-as-a-Service, FX, or FinTech operations.
• Strong operational leadership and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of compliance, KYC/KYB, AML, and risk frameworks.
• Experience with payment systems, IBAN issuing, cards, and settlement workflows.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily operational processes run smoothly across all business lines, from onboarding to settlements.
• Oversee risk management, compliance alignment, and internal controls in coordination with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain service-level excellence through structured monitoring, reporting, and escalation procedures.
• Liaise with banking partners, issuers, technology vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues rapidly.
• Drive operational improvements, automate workflows, and enhance efficiency across systems and departments.
• Coordinate cross-border operations between Dubai, Ireland, and partner jurisdictions.
• Ensure timely execution of payments, reconciliations, and client support processes.
• Support leadership with strategic operational planning for growth, scalability, and product expansion.
• Uphold Octalas BasS standards in security, data protection, and platform reliability.
