Job summary

LMAX Group in Dubai invites an accomplished compliance leader to design and drive the regulatory framework of a fast-growing institutional exchange. You will act as MLRO, oversee AML/CFT controls, manage SCA CMA filings, risk assessments and training, and build robust policies aligned with UAE rules.

You will report to senior leadership and collaborate across teams to ensure fair and compliant communications and operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in financial markets or compliance roles.
• Experience leading regulatory programs and teams.
• Strong understanding of UAE financial rules and AML/CFT requirements.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison for SCA CMA and manage regulatory filings and inspections.
• Develop, implement and maintain the Compliance Manual and internal policies.
• Lead the compliance program, risk monitoring, and training across the firm.
