Qualifications

• Solid educational background in engineering, manufacturing, or related discipline.
• Proven track record in production operations and process improvements.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, regulated manufacturing environment.

• Oversee operations and production of PE lamination films.
• Optimize production efficiency while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Lead process improvements and drive operational excellence across the plant.
