Job summary

Mood Group seeks an accomplished Production Manager for folding cartons in the UAE. You will lead end-to-end manufacturing, optimize OEE, drive lean initiatives, and collaborate across Production Planning, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and HSE to meet targets and customer demands.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in offset printing and finishing, with 10+ years in packaging/manufacturing and 5+ in management, plus proficiency in ERP and MS Office.

About the Role

This pivotal role involves leading and managing end-to-end folding carton manufacturing operations to ensure the safe, efficient, and cost-effective production of superior packaging solutions. You will be accountable for optimising manufacturing performance, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborating across functions such as Production Planning, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement, and HSE. Your leadership will help maximise Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), minimise waste, enhance asset reliability, and deliver consistent production targets aligned with customer requirements and business objectives. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, managing production capacity, and ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards. The role also involves implementing lean manufacturing practices, driving process improvements, managing operational costs, and fostering a high-performance team environment. A track record in offset printing, die-cutting, folding, gluing, and finishing processes will be instrumental in your success here.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Packaging Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in packaging, printing, or manufacturing operations.
