Job summary

Mood Group seeks an accomplished Production Manager for folding cartons in the UAE. You will lead end-to-end manufacturing, optimize OEE, drive lean initiatives, and collaborate across Production Planning, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and HSE to meet targets and customer demands.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in offset printing and finishing, with 10+ years in packaging/manufacturing and 5+ in management, plus proficiency in ERP and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Packaging Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in packaging, printing, or manufacturing operations.
• At least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience in offset printing and finishing operations.
• Track record of OEE optimisation, waste reduction, and productivity enhancements.
• Strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement mindset.
• Expertise in production planning, resource management, and quality control.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily folding carton production operations and capacity management.
• Drive lean manufacturing, process improvements, and cost control.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and promote a continuous improvement culture.
