Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai seeks an experienced packaging supervisor to organize and develop operators across VFFS, HFFS, and bottling lines.

You will drive TPM/Lean, monitor OEE, optimize line changeovers, and ensure GMP, food safety, labeling, and product compliance. This role requires 4–7 years in packaging and a Bachelor's degree, with proficiency in MS Office, MAXIMO, and Oracle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 4–7 years of packaging or manufacturing experience.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, ISO, HACCP, and cost-saving initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Supervise packaging teams across VFFS, HFFS, and bottling lines.
• Lead continuous coaching and performance reviews.
• Ensure GMP, food safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor OEE, material usage, waste, and downtime.
• Prepare reports on OEE and production efficiency.
