Job summary

Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank is seeking an experienced Operations professional to monitor daily data centre processing and cross-sell activities, ensuring SOP and policy adherence while delivering service to internal customers.

You will develop relationships with internal units and vendors, follow established policies, and uphold service standards to ensure efficient operations and high stakeholder satisfaction. Arabic language skills and strong planning are essential.

Qualifications

Minimum Experience: At least 4 years of experience in Operations.
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant specialization.
Knowledge of Arabic language, process orientation, planning and organizing skills, and training and development skills.

Responsibilities

Process and Operations: Monitor day-to-day execution of data centre processing/cross-sell activities in line with SOPs and policies; escalate queries and provide solutions to meet turnaround times.
Relationship Management: Develop and maintain key relationships with internal ADCB units and vendors.
Policies, Processes, Systems and Procedures: Adhere to policies and SOPs to deliver consistent service to customers and stakeholders.
Customer Service: Demonstrate Our Promise and apply ADCB Service Standards in all interactions.
