Job summary

Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank is seeking an Executive Manager for Business Planning and Operations Support in Abu Dhabi. You will oversee budgeting, performance metrics, and cross‑functional planning with ITMAM teams, while guiding workforce planning and engagement initiatives.

You will partner with HR and leadership to optimize operations, drive productivity, and implement center of excellence practices across the organization. The role demands strong analytical and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in Banking operations and capacity planning, with at least 5 years in a business support role.
• Masters Degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration or relevant specialization
• Qualification/Certification in Business Administration, Lean/Six Sigma, Agile methodologies
• Experience of, and exposure to, Banking Operations and process improvement and re-engineering
• Leadership and change management skills

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Operations in reviewing the overall operations’ health indicators at regular intervals (SLAs, NPS, people, process, risk, cost).
• Review monthly operating costs against plan and prepare inputs for reports to manage the unit budget.
• Perform deep dive analysis on prioritized projects and issues to provide recommendations and ensure adherence to policies and guidelines.
• Collate and analyze data (FTE, manpower, spend, budgets) for major projects to track budgets.
• Provide decision support through data analytics to enable management oversight forums.
• Direct and oversee annual ITMAM business planning with Retail Banking, Corporate & Investment Banking, and Private teams.
• Maintain ITMAM FTE view and organizational design; work with HR to identify changes
• Lead employee engagement initiatives and manage RnR budgets and related communications
