Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank is seeking an experienced Operations professional to monitor daily data centre processing and cross-sell activities, ensuring SOP and policy adherence while delivering service to internal customers.

You will develop relationships with internal units and vendors, follow established policies, and uphold service standards to ensure efficient operations and high stakeholder satisfaction. Arabic language skills and strong planning are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum Experience: At least 4 years of experience in Operations.
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant specialization.
• Knowledge of Arabic language, process orientation, planning and organizing skills, and training and development skills.

• Process and Operations: Monitor day-to-day execution of data centre processing/cross-sell activities in line with SOPs and policies; escalate queries and provide solutions to meet turnaround times.
• Relationship Management: Develop and maintain key relationships with internal ADCB units and vendors.
• Policies, Processes, Systems and Procedures: Adhere to policies and SOPs to deliver consistent service to customers and stakeholders.

About the business area

• Itmam, a wholly-owned subsidiary, provides banking operational and processing services to all Group sectors, including lending, wealth management, and ATM services. Integrated into the Group Business Services (GBS) organizational structure, Itmam operates under its own Board of Directors, comprising Group executive staff members. Its structure includes a General Manager overseeing five key operational service divisions: Consumer Operations, Corporate & Investment Banking Operations, Customer Contact Services, Treasury and Syndication Operations, and Shared Services and Operations Management. Notably, "Tamooha," the Group's award-winning operations Centre initiative, is staffed exclusively by UAE national women.

In this role, your key responsibilities include:

• Processing and Operations: Monitor the day to day execution of the data Centre processing/cross sell activities in adherence to all relevant organizational and departmental policies, processes, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and instructions, to ensure actions taken are carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner while delivering the required standard of service to internal customers and stakeholders. Act as a first point of escalation in case of any queries or concerns and provide recommended solutions to ensure the queries get resolved within the turnaround times (TATs).
• Relationship Management: Develop and maintain key working relationships with internal ADCB units and vendors as required to share information and gather feedback.
• Policies, Processes, Systems and Procedures: Adhere to all relevant organizational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner while delivering the required standard of service to customers and stakeholders.
• Customer Service: Demonstrate Our Promise and apply the ADCB Service Standards to deliver the Bank’s required levels of service in all internal and external customer interactions.
