Job summary

Location Solutions in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a hands-on Operations Executive to keep stock accurate, orders moving and delivery on schedule. You will drive stock control, coordinate daily logistics, and lead continuous improvements to speed and reliability.

The role requires a degree in a relevant field and 4–6+ years of operations experience, with ERP proficiency and strong Excel skills. Fluency in English is essential, with Arabic and UAE driving licence an advantage.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business, Engineering or a related field.
4–6+ years of operations experience, with hands-on stock or inventory management and mentoring.
Strong ERP or inventory systems knowledge; advanced Excel/Sheets skills.
Proven record of process improvement; Lean/Six Sigma or Kaizen exposure is a plus.
Willing to work long hours with flexible shifts when needed; fluent English; Arabic and UAE driving licence advantageous.

Responsibilities

Stock management: receiving, put-away, issuing, transfers and returns; run cycle counts and variances.
Coordinate orders, dispatch & deliveries with sales, procurement, projects and finance; manage suppliers and logistics.
Map workflows, remove delays, write and maintain SOPs; use data to measure impact of changes.
Produce weekly and monthly reports on stock accuracy and order status; maintain audit trails and HSE standards.
