Job summary

Location Solutions in Abu Dhabi is seeking a hands-on operations professional to keep stock accurate, ensure timely orders, and improve processes to make workloads faster and more reliable. You will own stock management, coordinate daily operations with sales and logistics partners, drive continuous improvement using data, and maintain accurate ERP records and audits.

4–6+ years of experience in inventory control and cross-functional leadership, with proficiency in ERP and advanced Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 4–6+ years in operations with hands-on stock management and mentoring experience.
• Strong ERP/inventory system knowledge and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
• Lean, Six Sigma or Kaizen exposure is a plus.
• English fluency; Arabic and UAE driving license are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Stock management: receiving, put-away, issuing, transfers and returns; cycle counts and variance control.
• Daily operations: coordinate orders, dispatch, deliveries with sales, procurement and logistics partners; track end-to-end jobs.
• Continuous improvement: map workflows, remove delays/rework, write and maintain SOPs with data-driven impact.
• Reporting/compliance: produce weekly and monthly stock and order status reports; maintain audit trails and HSE standards.
