Job summary

JREC in the UAE is seeking an Operations Executive / Coordinator to join our freight forwarding team. You will own daily operations, coordinating air and sea shipments and building strong relationships with customers, agents and suppliers in a dynamic environment.

We value hands-on experience with pricing and quotations, independence, and leadership potential to grow into an Operations Manager role as the company expands.

Qualifications

• Around 5 years of experience in freight forwarding.
• Hands-on experience in Air & Sea Freight operations.
• Good knowledge of freight pricing and quotations.
• Confidence dealing with customers, agents and suppliers.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily operations.
• Leadership potential and ambition to grow into an Operations Manager role.
• An advantage: Experience using CargoWise One (CW1).

• Take ownership of daily operations in the UAE.
