Position Overview

The Operations Executive - Contract Origination supports Al‑Futtaim Financial Services by ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient processing of auto finance, in‑house lending, and lease transactions. Based in Dubai, this role focuses on maximizing approval rates, coordinating with banks and internal stakeholders, and maintaining strict adherence to regulatory and operational guidelines. The position plays a vital role in ensuring timely deal execution, high service quality, and strong operational controls across the auto finance lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main coordination point for auto finance and leasing transactions involving banks, dealerships, Hertz, and in‑house teams.
• Validate deal submissions, ensuring accuracy of data and documentation and compliance with basic credit parameters before submission.
• Track turnaround times against agreed SLAs and follow up with bankers and credit teams to obtain timely feedback.
• Validate LOIs and LPOs, prepare lease agreements and annexures after approval, and follow through until vehicle delivery is completed.
• Communicate approvals, rejections, and feedback accurately to showroom managers while maintaining detailed MIS reports and error tracking logs.
• Ensure strict compliance with UAE regulations, central bank requirements, and Al‑Futtaim Financial Services guidelines and SOPs.
• Maintain accurate records across internal systems, data sheets, and operational trackers.
• Identify operational gaps, challenge unnecessary documentation requests or declines, and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred (relevant experience will also be considered).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or consumer banking, financial services operations, sales coordination, or retail credit.
• Good understanding of auto sales processes at the dealership level and general knowledge of the automotive industry.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with banks, dealerships, and internal teams.
• High attention to detail, strong follow‑up skills, and a compliance‑focused mindset.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
