Job summary

NMC GROUP SERVICES. is seeking an experienced Healthcare Operations Manager in Abu Dhabi to oversee daily clinic operations and drive high-quality patient care.

You will implement policies, supervise clinical and administrative teams, and ensure regulatory compliance across DHA/DOH/MOHAP guidelines as applicable. The role requires 8–12 years in healthcare operations, strong leadership, budgeting expertise, and a data-driven approach to improve patient experience and clinical outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in healthcare leadership or related field.
• Master's degree preferred but not required for all applicants.
• Experience in UAE healthcare regulatory landscape is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations for efficient service delivery.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with UAE health regulations and licensing.
• Lead clinical, nursing, administrative, and support teams.
• Manage budgets, expenses, and revenue performance.
