Job summary

Auxilium in the UAE is seeking an Operations Coordinator – Welfare Services to support day-to-day employee welfare and coordinate operations across sites and accommodation facilities. You will liaise with camps, sites, supervisors and drivers to ensure welfare needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.

The role requires strong communication, coordination skills, and willingness to travel between sites. UAE driving license is mandatory, and immediate joiners are welcome.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in operations, welfare services, camp coordination, facilities, or employee services.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable travelling across different sites.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• UAE experience preferred.
