Job summary

Auxilium is seeking an Operations Coordinator in the UAE to support day-to-day employee welfare and coordinate across multiple sites and accommodation facilities. The role involves handling welfare needs, site visits, documentation and cross-team communication to ensure smooth operations.

Ideal candidates will have strong coordination skills, be willing to travel across sites, and hold a valid UAE driving license. UAE experience is preferred; immediate joiners are a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in operations, welfare services, camp coordination, facilities or employee services
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Good follow-up and problem-solving ability
• Comfortable travelling across different sites
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
• UAE experience preferred
• Immediate joiners or candidates on short notice are an advantage

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee welfare, accommodation and transportation requirements
• Liaise with camps, sites, supervisors, drivers and internal teams
• Handle employee queries and welfare-related concerns
• Conduct site/camp visits and follow up on operational issues
• Maintain accurate records, reports and documentation
• Support HR and Operations with workforce-related requirements
• Ensure timely resolution of welfare and operational matters
