Creation Business Consultants in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced operations professional to manage company incorporation, amendments, and regulatory filings across UAE and GCC.

You will liaise with government authorities, prepare banking content, and ensure KYC/AML compliance while supporting the Business Development team with proposals and SOPs. A strong client relationship focus is essential for delivery of CBC’s operations goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in corporate services or professional services within UAE/KSA.
• DIFC/ADGM experience preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Zoho).
• Experience with regulatory filings and government liaison processes in UAE.

Responsabilités

• Liaises with government departments and authorities for accurate information.
• Accurate preparation and execution of company amendments and incorporations.
• Prepares banking content and briefs clients for meetings with banks.
• Ensures KYC and AML processes and filing systems are up to date.
