Creation Business Consultants in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced operations professional to manage company incorporation, amendments, and regulatory filings across UAE and GCC.

You will liaise with government authorities, prepare banking content, and ensure KYC/AML compliance while supporting the Business Development team with proposals and SOPs. A strong client relationship focus is essential for delivery of CBC’s operations goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in corporate services or professional services within UAE/KSA.
• DIFC/ADGM experience preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Zoho).
• Experience with regulatory filings and government liaison processes in UAE.

Role Objective:

Responsibility for all company incorporation and amendments (documentation process completion), labour and immigration applications, client proposal research and preparation, client banking preparation and legal compliance on all contractual relations for delivery of the operations department goals.

Key Accountabilities

• Liaises with Ministry of Labour, Immigration Department, Police Department, Economic Department, Chamber of Commerce, Municipality, Civil Court, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Embassies, Free zone authorities, and all other relevant government departments and authorities etc. for accurate and timely information as required for operational tasks
• Accurate preparation and execution of company amendments, incorporations, and government liaison applications
• Timely and accurate preparation of banking content and preparing the client for meeting with banking representatives
• Ensures the CRM system, company compliance, Know Your Client (KYC) and Anti Money Laundering (AML) processes and filing systems are updated for all client projects

Key Responsibilities

• Identifies and ensures all expiry reminders for licenses, visas, passports, compliance lodgments etc. are entered into CRM accurately
• Assists with timely and accurate proposal information to support the Business Development Department
• Drafts, follows, and completes all company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and requirements in the UAE, KSA and respective jurisdictions in alignment with the regulations of CBC and the authorities
• Develop and sustains valuable relationships between CBC and all clients and stakeholders

Experience and education

• Degree qualified in business administration, compliance, or relevant field
• 3+ years working in corporate services or professional services within UAE, KSA
• DIFC/ADGM experience preferred
• Proven operational, project management and customer support record for 3 years
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Zoho)
• UAE, Saudi Arabia and wider GCC market knowledge
