Job summary

Creation Business Consultants in the UAE seeks an experienced professional to manage company incorporation, amendments, and regulatory filings across UAE and KSA. You will coordinate with ministries and authorities, prepare banking content, and ensure CRM, KYC and AML compliance for all client projects.

The role requires a degree in business or compliance, 3+ years in corporate services in the UAE/ GCC, and proficiency with MS Office and Zoho CRM.

Qualifications

• Degree in business administration, compliance or relevant field.
• 3+ years in corporate services or professional services within UAE, KSA.
• DIFC/ADGM experience preferred.
• Proven operational, project management and customer support record for 3 years.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (Zoho).
• UAE, Saudi Arabia and wider GCC market knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Liaises with government departments for accurate and timely information.
• Accurate preparation and execution of company amendments, incorporations, and government liaison applications.
• Timely and accurate preparation of banking content and preparing the client for meeting with banking representatives.
• Ensures the CRM system, KYC and AML processes and filing systems are updated for all client projects.
• Identifies expiry reminders for licenses, visas, passports, compliance lodgments etc. and enters into CRM.
• Assists with timely and accurate proposal information to support the Business Development Department.
• Drafts and follows SOPs and requirements in UAE, KSA and respective jurisdictions in alignment with CBC regulations.
• Develops and sustains valuable relationships between CBC and all clients and stakeholders.
