Responsibilities

• Carry out a range of processing functions ensuring timely and accurate completion of assigned work.
• Respond to internal and external customers promptly and courteously, providing adequate clarification.
• Undertake other duties at a similar or higher level when required.
• Suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of bank procedures.
• Escalate immediately to the Manager Central Operations if breach, risk or loss is suspected.
• Perform user acceptance testing pertinent to operations.
• Participate in BCP activities and be part of the unit's BCP recovery team.
