Job summary

RTC-1 Employment Services is seeking an Operations & Sales Manager in Dubai to lead day-to-day cleaning and snagging operations and to build a robust client base across residential, commercial, and government sectors.

You will coordinate manpower, inspections, pricing, and service delivery while driving new business with property managers, real estate developers, and corporate clients in the UAE. The role demands strong operations and sales leadership in a fast-growing service company.

Qualifications

• Open to Indian male candidates; age 40 and below.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in cleaning services, property snagging/inspection, facilities management, or related fields.
• Strong hands-on operations and sales/business development experience with ability to manage service delivery while generating new business.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of setting up and running day-to-day cleaning and snagging operations, including scheduling, deployment, site coordination, service standards, equipment, suppliers, inspection reporting, and processes.
• Build the client base from the ground up through prospecting, networking, referrals, partnerships, and direct approaches to homeowners, property managers, real estate companies, developers, contractors, offices, and commercial clients.
• Manage the complete sales and service cycle—from lead generation, client meetings, site surveys and defining scopes of work to costing, quotations, proposals, negotiations, contract closing, mobilization, snagging inspections, and client follow-up.
• Work with owners/management to develop pricing, service packages, SOPs, workflows, sales strategies, quality standards, and growth plans for cleaning and snagging divisions.

Job Description:

• Take ownership of setting up and running day-to-day cleaning and snagging operations, including manpower/inspector scheduling, deployment, site coordination, service standards, equipment, suppliers, inspection reporting, and operational processes.
• Build the client base from the ground up through prospecting, networking, referrals, partnerships, and direct approaches to homeowners, property managers, real estate companies, developers, contractors, offices, and commercial clients.
• Manage the complete sales and service cycle — from lead generation, client meetings, site surveys and defining scopes of work to costing, quotations, proposals, negotiations, contract closing, mobilization, snagging inspections, and client follow-up.
• Work closely with the owners/management to develop pricing, service packages, SOPs, operational workflows, sales strategies, quality standards, and growth plans for the company's cleaning and property snagging divisions.

Requirements:

• Open to Indian male candidates aged 40 and below
• Minimum 5 years of relevant UAE experience, preferably within cleaning services, property snagging/inspection, facilities management, property services, or building maintenance.
• Strong combination of hands-on operations and sales/business development experience, with the ability to manage service delivery while actively generating new business for both cleaning and snagging services.
• Proven experience in manpower planning, site surveys/inspections, scope preparation, costing, quotations, mobilization, quality control, client management, and coordination of cleaning and/or property inspection teams.
