• 2-5 years UAE experience in clinics/healthcare operations (mandatory).
• Strong exposure to insurance approvals, pre-authorizations, and billing processes.
• Experience in front desk / patient coordination / clinic operations.
• Comfortable with on-ground coordination and business development activities.
• Familiar with DHA / MOHAP basics, claim processes, and clinic workflows.
• Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, and basic CRM tools.

Responsibilities

Role combines Business Development + Operations, ideal for someone who is comfortable working both on ground with clinics and handling backend coordination.
