Job summary

OnTime Group UAE is seeking an experienced Patient Coordinator for its premium aesthetic clinic in Dubai. You will manage the patient journey from inquiry to follow-ups, warmly welcoming patients and coordinating schedules with doctors and staff to ensure a seamless clinic experience.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in patient coordination, fluent Arabic and English, and a polished, client-focused demeanor suitable for a luxury healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Female candidates below 40 years old preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in clinic patient coordination or a similar patient-facing role.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is required; Farsi is an advantage.
• Previous experience in an aesthetic, dermatology, cosmetic, or premium healthcare clinic is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient-handling skills.
• Professional appearance with a strong customer-service and patient-focused approach.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced clinic environment.
• UAE clinic experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate appointments and treatment schedules with doctors, nurses, therapists, and other clinic staff.

• Explain available treatments, packages, appointments, and clinic services clearly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate patient information, appointment records, and follow-up schedules.
• Build strong relationships with patients and support patient satisfaction, retention, and overall service quality.
