Job summary

GE Vernova is offering a one-year Operations Program in Dubai focused on Heavy Duty Gas Turbines services. You will gain hands-on data insights experience, drive AI-enabled improvements, and support senior leadership in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and culture across regional and global teams.

You will learn operations of a large-scale business, contribute to monthly reviews and forecasting, and work with stakeholders in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or related fields from an accredited university.
• Proficient in Excel; intermediate in Windows and Office; Power BI; basic VBA/Tableau or programming familiarity.
• Understanding of basic LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude).
• Strong oral and written communication in English.
• UAE localization preference for UAE nationals with a Family Book may apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist with data analysis and repositories for day-to-day reporting needs.
• Maintain daily outage records and track changes affecting on-time delivery.
• Monitor outage movements and daily task trackers; support region with ERP data.
• Run reports like On Time Delivery and Critical tasks; use Python scripts.
• Maintain outage-level financials after outages are completed; prepare region communications.
• Support with Escalations, MOR, and SI&OP processes; collaborate with regional stakeholders.
• Collaborate with functions and product owners; ensure timelines for critical activities.
