Job summary

MSM Management Training Center in Dubai is seeking an Operations and Training Manager to lead the center's training schedule, coordinate management tasks, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The role requires expertise in AI-enabled training, quality standards, reporting, and collaboration with trainers and learners to drive program effectiveness and satisfaction.

You will develop procedures, monitor resources, produce periodic reports, and keep pace with the latest tech and training trends

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of practical experience in operations and training management within training centers or educational institutions.
• Familiarity with artificial intelligence technologies and their applications in management fields.
• Excellent organizational, communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.
• Proficiency in using e-learning systems and platforms, and content management software.
• Ability to work under pressure and keep up with developments in the training and technology sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead and organize the center’s training schedule and coordinate all management.
• Monitor the application of quality standards and ensuring the effectiveness of training processes.
• Effectively communicate with trainers and trainees and manage facilities and resources.
• Develop work procedures and improve operational performance based on latest technological and training trends.
• Prepare periodic reports on effectiveness of training programs and beneficiary satisfaction rates.
