Job summary

MENA Alliances is seeking a Software Trainer to deliver online training on an AI-powered platform. You will design and develop training materials, tailor curricula to trainee needs and address queries to ensure effective learning outcomes.

Responsibilities include collaborating with management to align training with goals, evaluating outcomes and continuously improving content for engaged learners.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience as a Software Trainer or similar role.
• Good knowledge of artificial intelligence and its applications in recruitment.
• Experience in training users on software or technological platforms.
• Outstanding presentation and mentoring skills.
• Experience designing curriculum and developing educational resources.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver high-quality online training programs/materials.
• Assess trainee needs and tailor the curriculum to match these needs.
• Manage and resolve trainee queries effectively and in a timely manner.
• Stay updated with the latest software training techniques and tools.
• Collaborate with management to align training with company goals and objectives.
• Evaluate training outcomes and provide continuous feedback and improvement areas to learners.
• Create a stimulating learning environment to enhance learners’ engagement and motivation.
