JCDecaux Middle East is seeking an Administrator to support the operations team across logistics, production, HR, finance and client servicing. You will assist with printing workflow, warehousing, inventory, reporting, and permit management in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves data entry in SAP, PO processing, report generation, and coordination of internal and external stakeholders. Dubai-based with a strong emphasis on accuracy and confidentiality.

Formación

• Degree in Business Administration.
• Minimum 2 years of local working experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills, strong Excel knowledge.
• Experienced in SAP (procurement and logistics modules).
• Familiar with databases and stock management.
• Good clerical and administrative skills; honesty and reliability; confidentiality awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Support operations team with end-to-end admin tasks.
• Prepare POs for printing contractors and coordinate with suppliers.
• Maintain ERP data in SAP and generate stock reports.
• Manage HR, inventory, and permit records.
• Produce monthly reports on expenditures and printing costs.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders.
