Job summary

JCDecaux Middle East is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Manager in Dubai to lead indoor/outdoor warehouse operations, inventory control and procurement. You will oversee stock management via SAP, coordinate fleet and equipment, ensure HSE compliance, and drive improvements across procurement, logistics and reporting.

The role requires strong leadership, planning and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and suppliers to maintain material availability and safe operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in warehouse, logistics or supply chain management, including people management.
• Experience with SAP ERP (MM/logistics modules) for purchasing and inventory management.
• Strong stock management and warehouse operations knowledge.
• Familiarity with equipment like forklifts, MEWPs and scaffolding.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse and storage operations, indoors and outdoors.
• Manage inventory, stock movements, and periodic audits using SAP.
• Coordinate procurement, supplier relationships and POs via SAP.
• Plan and coordinate material transport, fleet and equipment requirements.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, safety policies and regulatory standards.
• Lead warehouse staff and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders.
