Job summary

Boston Scientific Corporation in Dubai is seeking an Operations Specialist for a 6-month fixed-term contract to support daily warehouse and distribution operations, ensure inventory accuracy, and maintain quality and safety standards.

You will work with a 3PL partner and internal teams, lead cycle counts, coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, and drive process improvements while complying with regulatory and audit requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; 3-4 years in warehouse operations, logistics, distribution, or supply chain.
• Hands-on experience with SAP is mandatory.
• Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to work on-site in Jebel Ali, Dubai, on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory reconciliation and cycle counting to ensure stock accuracy.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with the Transportation team and 3PL partners.
• Oversee product localization activities and ensure training for 3PL teams.
• Monitor warehouse operations and ensure targets are achieved.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance for audit readiness and quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues.
• Ensure warehouse operations meet safety, security, and quality requirements.
