Boston Scientific is seeking an Operations Specialist to join the Dubai-based Supply Chain Operations team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role focuses on supporting daily warehouse and distribution activities, ensuring inventory accuracy, and maintaining compliance with quality and safety standards.

You will work closely with the 3PL partner and internal teams to optimize logistics, reconcile stock, and drive operational efficiency while ensuring audit readiness and adherence to quality

Qualificações

• 3-4 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, distribution, or supply chain.
• Hands-on experience with SAP is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to work on-site in Jebel Ali, Dubai, on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

Responsabilidades

• Lead inventory reconciliation and cycle counting to ensure stock accuracy.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments with Transportation and 3PL partners.
• Oversee product localization activities and training for 3PL teams.
• Monitor warehouse operations and ensure targets are achieved.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance to ensure audit readiness and quality compliance.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues.
• Ensure warehouse operations meet safety, security, and quality requirements.

We are looking for an Operations Specialist to join our Supply Chain Operations team in Dubai on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

In this role, you will support daily warehouse and distribution operations, ensuring accurate inventory management, efficient logistics processes, and compliance with quality and safety standards.

You will work closely with our third-party logistics (3PL) partner and internal Supply Chain, Transportation, and Quality Assurance teams.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
