Job summary

NADIA Recruitment & Management Consultants in Dubai seeks an Operation Manager (Fast food) to oversee restaurant operations across the UAE. You will own day-to-day standards, drive GM development, local sales growth, and ensure cost control and compliance. Floor-focused, not a strategic director.

This role emphasizes operational excellence and store-leader development, with 60–70% time in restaurants, coordinating dispersed units and leveraging delivery platforms.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years restaurant operations experience; minimum 3 years multi-unit leadership (3–5 restaurants).
• Restaurant-level P&L accountability: COGS, labour cost, profitability.
• Track record of growing sales and improving guest satisfaction (NPS/OSAT) at multiple units.
