Qualifications

• 8–12 years restaurant operations experience; minimum 3 years multi-unit leadership (3–5 restaurants).
• Restaurant-level P&L accountability: COGS, labour cost, profitability.
• Track record of growing sales and improving guest satisfaction (NPS/OSAT) at multiple units.

Responsibilities

• Current or recent experience in UAE or wider GCC restaurant operations.
• Sports bar, bar-and-grill or licensed casual dining background.
• Experience managing remote or geographically dispersed units.
• Familiarity with delivery platforms and online ordering systems.
