Job summary

Novelty Shipping Services LLC is seeking an experienced Operation Executive – Shipping & Logistics to oversee daily shipping operations in Dubai. The role requires hands-on expertise in import/export procedures, documentation, customs clearance, and logistics coordination.

You will handle Dubai Trade portal customs bills, coordinate activities across teams, liaise with shipping lines and customers, and ensure timely shipment processing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in shipping and logistics operations.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain preferred.
• Experience in import/export, freight, and shipping documentation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software (if applicable).
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
