Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a proactive Lead Generation Specialist in the UAE to scale OpenBlue across the Middle East & Africa. You will use AI to identify target accounts, run compelling demonstrations, engage decision-makers and maintain a forecast-ready Salesforce pipeline.

The role requires 4–6 years in inside sales or tech sales, a Bachelor’s degree, fluency in English, and strong CRM skills. GCC market knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science or a related field.
• 4–6 years in inside sales, business development or technology sales, ideally in building technologies, smart buildings, IoT, SaaS or digital platforms.
• Proven track record of lead generation and opportunity creation against targets.
• Daily, hands‑on use of AI for prospecting, research, outreach and productivity.
• Confident demonstrating software platforms to technical and business audiences.
• Proficient in Salesforce (or equivalent CRM) and Microsoft 365; excellent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Use AI-led lead generation to build target account lists and qualify opportunities.
• Deliver OpenBlue demonstrations tailored to persona (CXO, sustainability, FM, operations or IT).
• Engage decision-makers and manage quotations, renewals, and forecast-ready pipeline in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Direct Digital Sales, branch sellers, partners and presales to drive revenue.
