Job summary

Black & Grey HR in Dubai is recruiting an experienced Site Acquisition Lead to identify, acquire, and legalize new outdoor advertising locations across Dubai. You will build a scalable, compliant portfolio through negotiations with property owners and manage government approvals.

The role requires 5+ years in OOH/DOOH or real estate leasing, a proven Dubai track record with authorities, and strong negotiation and regulatory knowledge. English fluency is essential; Arabic is a bonus.

Qualifications

5+ years in OOH/DOOH, real estate leasing, or site acquisition.
Proven track record in Dubai dealing with authorities and closing location agreements.
Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and regulatory knowledge.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
UAE driving license and a local network are preferred.

Responsibilities

Source and evaluate high-value locations for advertising across Dubai.
Secure lease and partnership agreements with landowners and developers.
Lead the government approval process with relevant authorities for all advertising structures.
Ensure all sites and contracts adhere to local regulations and standards.
Coordinate closely with Engineering, Legal, and Commercial teams.
Identify innovative placement opportunities and support market expansion.
