Frank Porter is seeking a Cleaning Admin to work onsite in Dubai, providing essential administrative and operational support to the Housekeeping team. You will manage cleaning schedules, track progress, and ensure property readiness for guest arrivals.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of administrative or operational support experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate schedules and manage competing priorities under pressure.
• Clear communication and consistent follow-up skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate records using spreadsheets and portals.
• Accountability for completing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily and weekly cleaning schedules across properties.
• Coordinate assignments and coverage; act as central contact between cleaning teams and Operations.
• Track attendance and performance; report issues to the Operations Manager.
• Maintain cleaning logs and verify completion with field photos.
• Address cleaning complaints and coordinate re-cleans.
• Monitor supplies and linen inventory; coordinate orders with Procurement.
• Prepare reports on productivity, readiness, delays, and escalations.
• Keep cleaning checklists, SOPs, and staff docs updated.
• Support new staff orientation, uniforms, and documentation.
