Job summary
AVI-SPL Middle East is seeking an On-Site IT & AV Support Technician to deliver hands-on 1st and 2nd line IT support in a modern corporate workplace. You will focus on Microsoft Intune, endpoint management, device deployment, and end-user support while also assisting with AV systems in meeting spaces.
Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in IT support within a professional services setting, strong communication skills, and familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and AV tech such as Teams
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in IT/AV-related field preferred.
- Experience supporting Windows endpoints in a corporate environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune/Endpoint Manager and Microsoft 365 environments.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1st & 2nd line IT support in a professional corporate setting.
- Support AV and collaboration systems across meeting rooms and shared spaces.
- Manage device deployments, enrolments and endpoint configurations.
- Assist with meeting setups, conferencing, and user onboarding.
- Maintain documentation of incidents and resolutions, escalate when required.
