Job summary

AVI-SPL, Inc. is seeking an On-Site IT & AV Support Technician to provide hands-on 1st and 2nd line IT support in a modern Intune-managed workplace, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365, device deployment, and end-user support.

You will maintain meeting rooms and collaboration systems (Teams Rooms, Crestron, Biamp, Cisco, Poly) across a corporate environment, including law firm or legal services context, and work with IT and facilities to deliver seamless user experiences.

Qualifications

3–5 years in IT support or blended IT/AV roles in a corporate setting.
Experience with Intune-managed Windows endpoints and Company Portal deployment.
Hands-on experience with corporate AV systems and meeting room technology.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on 1st and 2nd line IT support in a professional corporate environment.
Troubleshoot Windows endpoints, AD/Entra ID and MFA issues.
Maintain and support meeting room AV setups and Teams Rooms.
Document incidents and support requests in the service desk system.
Collaborate with IT, facilities and workplace teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
