Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and support requests.
• Maintain accurate records of all conversations in our database using detailed and clear data entry.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets set by the management.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams with proper documentation.
• Provide concise and clear information about products, services, and processes to customers.
