Job summary

Abbott Laboratories in the United Arab Emirates (Dubai) seeks an Oncology field-based Medical Advisor to support established pharmaceutical products in the UAE market. The role focuses on KOL engagement, scientific communication, and attending conferences to advance oncology initiatives.

You will work in the Established Pharmaceuticals division, reporting to Medical Affairs, with 80% field activity and frequent interactions with HCPs, KOLs, and investigators.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of oncology pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Experience in the Gulf region is preferred.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop scientific partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders and healthcare professionals through evidence-based communication and education.
• Provide scientific and technical support for oncology products and related therapeutic areas.
• Deliver credible presentations and education to HCPs (meetings, clinical sessions).
• Attend scientific societies meetings and conferences; summarize key messages for internal use.
• Identify investigators for clinical trials and potential research collaborations.
