Job summary

AstraZeneca in the UAE seeks a Product Specialist Oncology to drive demand for LC/GI portfolio in a field-based role, focusing on strong stakeholder engagement with HCPs and MDTs to improve patient outcomes.

You will lead strategic account plans, collaborate across medical, access and marketing, and deliver compliant scientific messaging for Tagrisso, Imfinzi and Imjudo while meeting regional targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical sales experience with strong account management skills.
• Proven ability to influence decisions in complex stakeholder environments (DMUs).
• Successful track record of working within cross‑functional teams.
• Strong patient-centric mindset and understanding of customer value proposition.
• Excellent collaboration, business acumen and strategic thinking.
• Strong impact, influence and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans that align with national/regional priorities and brand strategy.
• Identify and implement local-level opportunities to enhance the positioning and uptake of Tagrisso, Imfinzi and Imjudo.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., medical, access, marketing) to ensure cohesive implementation of business plans.
• Build deep science-driven relationships with key stakeholders including medical oncologists and the full MDT.
• Engage in meaningful discussions on approved indications, treatment protocols, and efficacy/safety data to support on-label prescribing.
• Deliver credible, compliant and impactful scientific messaging for oncology assets through various channels.
