Job summary

GSK in Dubai seeks a Medical Science Liaison for Oncology in the Gulf region to drive scientific exchange, support clinical trial recruitment, and engage with investigators and healthcare professionals. You will work under the Medical Affairs Manager, Gulf, and travel extensively to meet external stakeholders.

The role requires a Medical Degree with oncology experience, strong communication skills in English, and the ability to operate within regulatory and market access frameworks.

Qualifications

• Medical Doctor/Medical Degree or Life Sciences degree; postgraduate studies are an advantage.
• Experience in MSL roles within oncology; prefer recent oncology exposure (last 2–3 years).
• Understanding of healthcare environment, HTA and market access concepts.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical ethics and compliance policies.

Responsibilities

• Drive scientific exchange with healthcare professionals to improve understanding of data.
• Identify investigators and sites for clinical trial recruitment and participation.
• Attend congresses, organize advisory boards, and coach other MSLs in field medical duties.
• Ensure activities align with regulatory and departmental strategy; support Gulf MSL programs.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Sales, and cross-functional teams to articulate value of medicines.
