Job summary

Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank in Dubai is seeking an Account Opening Officer to handle onboarding for WBG and IBG clients. The role focuses on processing account opening requests, maintaining documentation, and ensuring adherence to policy timelines.

You will manage CRM workflows, verify information accuracy, and coordinate with ADIB Iraq and UK teams as needed to support end-to-end onboarding. Strong communication and banking knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in account opening processes and KYC basics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with banking software is a plus.
• Ability to handle multiple onboarding requests with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process account opening checks for WBG, IBG, and related accounts.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with policies.
• Manage CRM workflow and timely submission of documents.
• Coordinate with ADIB Iraq and ADIB UK as needed.
• Support end-to-end onboarding in AMBIT/CRM/Mosaic/Phoenix.
• Produce MIS/dashboards and monitor performance.
