ADIB - Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank in Dubai seeks an Account Opening Officer to manage onboarding for WBG and IBG clients. You will process account openings, ensure documentation compliance, and maintain CRM workflows across UAE and international entities.

Responsibilities include verifying KYC/EDD, coordinating with service teams, and maintaining timely MIS updates while upholding ADIB policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic banking operations, especially account opening.
• Ability to develop and sustain executive-level relationships across roles and levels.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Presentation and facilitation skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Understanding of customer service principles.
• Proficiency with general office systems and MS Office products.

Responsabilités

• Process account opening checks for WBG/IBG teams and maintain related documentation per approvals and policies.
• Maintain CRM workflow timely for UAE and IBG countries.
• Ensure all input data and identification information match supporting documents.
• Advise business on discrepancies or missing documents and follow up accordingly.
• End-to-end account opening in AMBIT/CRM/Mosaic/Phoenix and related MIS/dashboard updates.
