Job summary

Diageo plc is seeking a proactive On-Trade Sales professional to manage strategic accounts in the Dubai market. You will grow brand presence, improve availability and drive activations with distributor partners, while translating customer plans into measurable in-store impact.

The role focuses on developing relationships, negotiating terms, and identifying opportunities to optimize investments and return in a fast-paced hospitality landscape.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, marketing or related discipline.
• 2–3+ years of sales, account management or commercial experience.
• Strong understanding of On-Trade environments (bars, restaurants, hotels).

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic On-Trade accounts.
• Lead account planning and negotiate terms with partners.
• Drive in-outlet execution, visibility and activation with distributors.
• Identify growth opportunities using customer and market insights.
• Build market proximity and advocate for Diageo with customers.
