Job summary

Amazon is expanding its Operations team in Dubai. As a Shift Supervisor, you will oversee team performance across our first mile, middle mile, or final mile facilities, ensuring timely, accurate orders and safe working conditions.

You will manage staffing, coach Associates, analyze data to meet forecasts, and collaborate with cross-functional partners. Fluency in English and experience in logistics are required; on-site work in Dubai is expected.
