The role requires 1–2 years of relevant experience and Arabic language proficiency.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant technical support experience.
• Basic knowledge of desktop and laptop troubleshooting, hardware and software support.
• Arabic speaker mandatory.
• Familiarity with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow.
• Professional appearance and strong client-facing communication skills.
• Ability to provide quality support in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide deskside and remote IT support for incidents and service requests.
• Diagnose and resolve basic hardware, software, and operating system issues.
• Configure and deploy laptops and provide post‑implementation support.
• Support applications including Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and similar business tools.
• Set up meeting rooms, including audio‑visual equipment and related systems.
• Troubleshoot Bloomberg application and terminal issues.
• Record, track, and update support tickets using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
• Maintain accurate documentation of technical issues and resolutions.
