Confidencial Company in Dubai is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide hands-on helpdesk and on-site technical support for computers, printers, and IT devices. You will diagnose hardware and software issues to restore services quickly.

The role requires basic networking knowledge (LAN/WAN/VLAN, Wi‑Fi), OS installation and configuration, and a collaborative team spirit. UAE experience and a valid UAE driving licence are an advantage.

Qualificações

Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience in IT technical support and troubleshooting.
Basic knowledge of networking, Windows OS, and IT hardware.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
UAE experience and a valid UAE driving licence are an advantage.

Responsabilidades

Provide technical support for computers, laptops, printers, and other IT devices.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications.
Support LAN/WAN/VLAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and basic network infrastructure.
Structured Cabling & Network device installation with CCTV, access control, and other ELV systems.
Maintain IT equipment and ensure smooth daily operations.
